Why BrainE4 exists: "So what?"

As managing partner of a digital agency with 550 people across 6 locations in 3 countries, I sat on an executive team commissioning yet another employee survey. A hundred thousand francs, beautiful bar charts, and at the end of the board meeting the same question: "So what?" Yes-no answers, scattered single voices: no weight, no consensus. What was really going on, we only learned from an assistant with a notepad, sent through the building to listen. He heard what no checkbox ever captured. BrainE4 was born out of that gap: a method that asks an organization not for averages but for real answers, and condenses them until the blind spots surface and you know what to do. That gap exists wherever decisions are made: in companies, municipalities, associations, political parties. We close it.
