The challenge
The pioneering vehicles in the canton of Zurich have reached the end of their service life and need to be replaced step by step.
However, replacement alone is not enough – the opportunity should be taken to rethink the entire road rescue concept.
A sustainable solution requires the involvement of all relevant stakeholders – from the firefighters themselves to the command structure – supported by real-time interaction with all parties.
The solution
This enabled firefighters and decision-makers to actively participate in the design process through a structured stakeholder engagement strategy. Through interactive dialogue, they could answer questions, contribute their own suggestions, and evaluate existing ideas – all using our 360° feedback platform.
The results
This basis took into account both the needs of the emergency services and the economic conditions. This ensured that the new road rescue concept is not only modern, but also efficient and sustainable.
