The pioneer vehicles in the Canton of Zurich had reached the end of their lifecycle and needed to be replaced step by step. However, simply replacing the vehicles was not enough – this was an opportunity to rethink the entire road rescue concept.

A sustainable solution required the involvement of all relevant stakeholders – from firefighters on the ground to leadership teams and commanders – supported by real-time interaction with everyone involved.

Through an open stakeholder dialogue, all perspectives were heard and incorporated into the decision-making process.
