B4 Employee Experience
The challenge
Nine hotels in the Weggis region were looking for a sustainable solution to reduce fluctuation and become more attractive as an employer. However, traditional employee surveys did not provide any in-depth insights into what really needed to be changed.
The solution

The results
The measures were based on the actual needs of the employees. This data-driven approach helped to develop specific improvements and achieve greater satisfaction and loyalty in the long term.
