BrainE4 for companies: Leadership, Cultural and Customer Dialogue
You hear what individuals think all the time. What many share, rarely.
Strategy, culture or market: the answers usually already exist in your company or among your customers. They just don't reach the top. In the dialogue, employees or customers write anonymously what they think about your questions and weigh each other's contributions in the Idea Duel. We design it, moderate it, analyse it and present the result to you.
After 21 days you know where things are stuck, where the opportunities are and what many people stand behind.
Proven with more than 60 clients in business, public administration & politics. On average, our clients did not know 8 of the 10 strongest contributions.
What you get
Leadership Dialogue: A town hall where everyone has a voice. You see whether your strategy has support before the budget is committed.
Cultural Dialogue: A one-to-one with every employee at once, without the hierarchy in the room. You learn the why behind the engagement scores.
Customer Dialogue: A focus group with everyone affected. You see which concerns matter to the majority and what no one would miss.
A result you can work with: Blind spots, priorities, consensus and a decision matrix. Plus the arguments in people's own words.
How it works
Strategy workshop: Three hours. We arrive with a finished concept and set the questions and participants with you.
Launch: Within 48 hours the dialogue space is ready with your logo. We write the invitation, you send it.
Dialogue: Three weeks, moderated daily. Every contribution is checked before it goes live. You follow along live.
Result: A report per question, a one-pager for your boards and a ready-to-send response to participants.

Why BrainE4 is different
Their words, not tick boxes: In a survey people tick predefined answers. In the Idea Duel they write their own. So you also learn what nobody would have asked about.
No wish list: Anyone can wish. Only what prevails against everything else in many comparisons makes it to the top.
Consulting, not software: You buy no licence and set nothing up. You get a finished basis for your decision, with a binding cost ceiling.
Insight Guarantee: In the strategy workshop we record six assumptions per question: what you expect. We mix them covertly into the contributions. If on average at least five of the top 10 are new to you, your knowledge has doubled. Otherwise we refund the dialogue.
For whom
Executive board: when you want to know whether your strategy is landing in the organisation.
HR: when engagement scores drop and nobody says why.
Marketing and product: when you have to prioritise offering or budget and don't want to guess what customers need first.

Frequently asked questions
Which dialogue fits my question?
For strategy and direction it's the Leadership Dialogue. For culture and change the Cultural Dialogue. For market and customers the Customer Dialogue. Same method; we clarify in the first call what fits.
Doesn't a dialogue raise expectations?
Expectations exist anyway. The dialogue shows which ones many people share. The results reach you first, and you decide what to communicate.
How much effort is it for us?
Three hours in the workshop and one approval of the communication. Participants need about ten minutes on average over three weeks.
Is this an AI process?
No. Every judgement comes from a human. AI helps us structure, it never decides.
